I don't think there's any such thing as "corporate city limits". Atlanta is unusual- the metro area consists of parts of 5 different countries. The address you gave is a good 10 miles from downtown Atlanta. It's even west of Six Flags, which is generally not considered to be in downtown Atlanta.
