How do I get my toolbar back with favorites data?

The Yahoo toolbar no longer exists. It was discontinued in December 2016. Yahoo no longer stores your bookmarks unless you save them on https://my.yahoo.com/. You don't have to save them on Yahoo when there is a facility for that right in your browser. Use the bookmarks or favorites menu to save them: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000858.htm
