No. Yahoo got rid of the address book in 2011 8because of internet privacy laws that went into effect in the US in 2011. People on YA were stalking and targeting each other. All you can do now is use search engines and their user names. User names do not have to be unique. Yahoo and now Verizon do not allow me to use either oklatonola or oklanola as user names any more. My first use name on YA was wookiecar.

No such thing exists. There is no way to look for members here. Yahoo doesn't have a member directory or email address look-up.
