You have to be at least at Level 3 to post pictures and live links on Yahoo Answers.

Don't know who gave the thumb down to the first answer, because that is the reason. Level 1 users can't upload photos or post links.

You have to be a Level 3 user to Upload Pictures also it does not work on Mobile Devices you can only do it on a Laptop or Desktop
