Do you have to have a Yahoo email address to join a Yahoo Group?

You need a yahoo-account to use the *web-features* - like access to the archive or be a moderator - and that always includes an email-address. However, you don't have to use it for MAIL If you don't care for the web-features, you can subscribe over email or ask the moderator to send an invite with the "add to mailinglist"-box checked
