How do I get accepted to work at bus2alps?

I really want to work there this summer as an intern but ı am not from a EU country so I think my application should be extra nice. Can anyone who has previously worked with them help me or give me some tips? Thanks

If you need a work visa to work there, then you won't get one to intern.
