No. Lady Louise is not ever going to be an official working royal, but a private citizen who happens to be a child of a prince and grandchild of a queen regnant.

Lady Louise of Wessex???? She is great grandchild of HM. She is far down the pecking order although Kate has to curtsy to her since Louise is a blood princess not via marriage.
