Are there any cruises for minors (15 yr old) doing tour trips through Europe during winter? With the child traveling alone?

No. There are no cruises that take unaccompanied children.

When I was too much older, I took a three island tour. First, went went to the Sandwich Islands. It was beautiful and I had lots of fun. But, I just couldn't find a sandwich. I tried & tried. But, OK, we then went to the Canary Islands. Again, it was beautiful, fun & I hated to go. But, I didn't find one Canary Then, we went to the Virgin Islands.....

Minors can't be legally bound to contracts like 'terms & conditions' of travel arrangement contracts. So, no.

No, simple as that.

No, but there are student exchange programs. They place minors with families in the other country. Look up high school students exchanges. I think ACIS is one organization that arranges these trips, but they are not the only ones.

Yes there are "guided" High School Education trips, but they are not cheap and I am not sure how many are actually cruises. If they are they would be a River Cruise and those are not cheap to begin with. Depending on where you are going, the land tours generally start at about $150-$200/day and run 14-21 days. That does not usually include your transportation to the start of the tour which if you are in the US trying to go to Europe could be another $1000-$1500. You also generally need to budget another few hundred dollars for any "extras" you may want to get beyond the basics that the tour will provide.

Why would a cruise line take on the responsibility of babysitting a bunch of kids without their parents? And what kind of parent would allow a child to travel alone on a cruise? Well, I suppose there are parents like that, but it's unlikely they would have the means to pay for a cruise.
