I had to google to find out what cbd oil even is? I doubt too many in Australia have even heard of it. The American model of legalised cannabis wont do anything about potheads buying pot from dealers and avoiding taxes. You know the old saying if its cheap buy it. Fancy names don't mean much here. Why does it matter your neighbour is black ?
