Yes they did cheat, a small, slow white guy like Edelman isn't supposed to be able to play football but the Patriots didn't tell anyone that he could. There should definitely be an investigation into that.

No, but the Rams cheated in the game against the Saints. Clearly and obviously, and got away with it.
