Can you help me find a waterproof gel seat cover for a bike?
Any seat cover will do, as long as it's gel and waterproof.

A gel seat cover on an already uncomfortable saddle could easily make things worse, not better. The first and most important thing to do is to properly adjust the height, position, and tilt of the saddle you have. All too often, these adjustments are the cause of saddle discomfort

Why not just get a bike with a decent quality saddle on it? Seat covers are easily stolen and seldom make the riding any more comfortable for more than a few minutes, a quality saddle moulded to your butt shape is the way to go.
