What’s more important? Money or job satisfaction?
WB
A greedy person says money. A happy person says job satisfaction. A lucky person has both.
Rain
Both are important, but if you are not satisfied with your work, then money does not help either.

MONEY!! If it was "fun" they wouldn't have to pay you at all. Earn money, and use it to have fun. Don't even TRY to make a living doing something you enjoy! The first thing that happens, is you learn to hate THAT activity. Second, you don't have anything to look forward to after work. Limit your job satisfaction to doing the job as well as it can be done, and being the best at what you do!

Job satisfaction, because I will end up quitting the job I am not satisfied with anyway. Just have to find another job.

I have both, and wouldn't want to be without either.

As long a money is sufficient, satisfaction is top priority.

If you like your job, you will never work a day in your life. Money is the fuel that runs an economy, but job satisfaction is the condition of the engine that drives it. When people hate their jobs, sick time and health issues go drastically up. Both money and job satisfaction are important but job satisfaction matters more to most people.
Siddhartha
That depends on your needs.
