If a person waves at someone and they didn't wave back because they thought they were waving at someone else, who is at fault?
The person who waved for misunderstanding and thinking that person had perfect vision, or the person who didn't wave back because they thought they waved at someone else?

Not every event in life requires someone to be at fault. Some transactions just happen.
