How would I start my own animal charity?

I’m eleven years old and I want to make rk my own animal charity. At my animal charity I would like to raise enough money for an animal sanctuary. Im making a video for it, but what are some other ways to raise awareness, there aren’t a lot of people who live near me so I don’t think posters or similar stuff would work that well. Also how much money would I need for an animal sanctuary and how would I start one. My dad Probably could build it, but still need enough money. Lastly how would I find animals that need the saving? Would ask my parents, but I don’t think they would know the answer. Anyway thanks a lot for answering.
