How to stop being addicted to my phone?
i deactivated my snapchat and instagram accounts because they were consuming my life and deleted the apps from my phone but i couldnt help but redownload instagram and created a new account just so i could look at people's pictures and stuff. im addicted and i need to stop. what do i do? i keep going back

Give your phone to someone and that will limit the time you can mess around online as well as finding something else to occupy your time.
