Hippo wouldn't stand a chance, the t rex would simple bite down and kill the hippo with one bite.

If they are the same weight, the hippo wins 80/100. If they are the same weight and fight in water hippo wins 100/100. If t-rex is bigger it wins 100/100. If hippo call his buddies then the t-rex won't risk a fight.
