A couple years ago there was a short period where there was snow on the ground in each of the fifty states at the same time. So, clearly, no. But you won't get snow on the beaches of Hawaii, only up in the mountains.

I don't think so. There may be some territories or protectorates of the United States that never get snow, like Jonson Atoll, that Never get snow, but Hawaii does get snow and Alaska definitely gets snow. So do Florida and Louisiana
