Is it automatically considered fake or junk science if a peer review paper is submitted that attempts to justify fascism like the Nazis?

It would simply not be considered science because it is not. May be it would be considered under history, politics, sociology or other disciplines. It is difficult to pre-judge a paper. I do suspect that in these days of overbearing political correctness it could be rejected without it being read. I have no sympathy for the Nazis, fascism or the evil they have perpetrated but do think any paper should be given a fair "hearing" before a decision is made about it. I may not always like what people have to say but would always defend their right to say it.
