What is slang for gasket these days?

My 14 year old son keeps telling me that he “blew a damn gasket” the other day and needs to go get it taken care of. I told him I’m not taking him to the doctor until he tells me what a blown gasket is and how he blew it. He doesn’t care and won’t tell me. What should I do? He keeps telling me he needs to go and it’s getting urgent.
