Roughly 3 days. There are a ton of variables that could make it longer and depending on the sensitivity of the drug test they may be able to test even trace amounts. Xanax has a half-life of ~12 hours in a normal adult meaning that the average person would have 98% removed from system in 60 hours. It is almost exclusively eliminated in urine and some metabolites will stick around longer so if testing for these it could be several weeks. But as noted above, if you have a prescription for it and are using it legally then you have nothing to worry about.
