ANYONE WITH OR WHO HAS EVER HAD C DIFF PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?

So I just took my last pill yesterday for c diff. And not long after taking my pill I noticed my stool was loose again. But I was still on medicine when I noticed the change. And today I’ve only been once but my stool is still loose. Does that mean I have c diff again? Can it come back while taking medicine to treat it?(sorry for the detail) Also what works best for getting rid of c diff? Also I was taking Metronidazole 3 times daily for 10 days.
