Can guys get baby fever?

To a certain degree - Yes, I think they can. Men who really do want a family and really do want children can get that "desire" to have a child and even excitement during their wife's pregnancy. In fact, in my case, I think my husband had a worse case of "baby fever" than I did. He wanted children and I didn't care either way.
