January 7, 2019 I had unprotected sex with my partner and he did ejaculate in me. My period was supposed to come by the 11th no later than the 14th. I have a 37 day cycle, so my previous period occurred between Dec. 6 - Dec. 8. I took EllaOne two hours after intercourse. I have a BMI of 34.9 so they recommended EllaOne.
On the 13th and 14th I had light pink blood mixed with cervical Mucus. I did a cotton swab test to see if there was any blood in my vagina and there wasn't. I wore a tampon, but it came out white with cervical mucus and light pink blood On the 15th there was an extraction of blood. Small amount and dark brown. I wore the pad for 24hrs and there wasn't any more blood.
Today is 02/03/2019. In the past few weeks I'm not sure if I felt "pregnant". What I can say is i took a test 01/28/2018 and it came negative. Since then I've had a different feeling. I'm always tired, but I've been exhausted since a few days prior to testing. My nipples are sore only when i brush against them. I've had breast throbbing pains, but they go away after a few seconds. I haven't had morning sickness. I only feel queasy at night and it's only when i eat a lot or certain foods. I've had food cravings, but that's pretty normal for me. I threw up a little yesterday night, but I am lactose intolerant and did eat this dairy thingy, but I've never thrown up because of it. I haven't been urinating frequently. I mean I pee. 3-5 times a day. Normally not more than that.

If you followed the directions of the pregnancy test, then you are not pregnant. At 21 days after sex, the pregnancy test would be accurate.
You used a version of a "morning after" pill. Those pills DELAY your period. It is one of the side effects. In fact, most of the things you mentioned can be a side effect of a "morning after" style pill. What you are experiencing may be nothing more than your body trying to readjust after the massive dose of hormones you used to prevent pregnancy. After all, the reason women get pregnancy symptoms is because of the changes in hormones that happens during pregnancy. When you used that pill, you changed your body's hormones and your body is reacting and trying to balance back out to normal.
Nothing you mentioned is exclusive to pregnancy only. You have a negative test. You are not pregnant.

If I were you, I would take a pregnancy test again or even go to the doctors to find out. I understand that you took one 21 days after unprotected sex but the test may be too early to pick up any signs of pregnancy. It is said that it’s better to take the test after your missed period.

if you took test after passing at least 2 weeks , it is correct and you are not pregnant . You have no DEFINITE symptom of pregnancy .
