Can you have implantation bleeding in the same month your period goes off?

My menstrual went off on the 11 an came back on when it did it was it was on the 29 an went off the same day an did the same thing on the 31 an haven't come back on it was light an dark but only when I wipped an a little on pad but none in urine I was just curious if this could happen but I really don't believe I'm prego my doc assume I may be even dough I have irregular periods but this my first time every experiencing this Also I posted something similar to this a week ago but I wanted to re word what I was trying ask
