When its your own baby you don't think about the cloth diapers, sure its messy but when you are changing the diaper about 6-10 times per day you get used to them as I did back in the days my daughter was a baby before disposables were around, disposables were just around but very expensive and only in large pharmacies.

Even if you use disposable, clothes may get soiled.

Yes. Back in the dark ages when I had my boys we didn't have disposables. Ugh.
