Zoo walls work. 1. Animals don't have explosives to destroy walls. 2. Animals can't overstay visas. 3. Have you ever heard of an animal trying to dig a tunnel to escape? 4. Animals can't fly planes over the wall. There isn't even a plane in the animal enclosure. 5. Using a boat to get around the wall isn't an option.
