. I often forget I'm 61 and overdo myself, helping a brother move or taking a dare with kids and doing 50 pushups in a row. Or, race some punk in a 350Z with my ;'sickle pass him.. I Pay for it the next day..I'm not 19, anymore..

Yes, on occasion I do and I am very worried about it because forgetting basic things like that can be directly linked to dementia!
