What are the pros and cons working for military sealift command?

Is it a headquarters type job you are asking about or one below that level working for one of the various components of military sealift command of which there are several? Even if its a component but at a high level then that would make a huge difference in the answer somewhat given what they do and some of the things they are involved in.
