Powers of attorney do not survive death. After death, the executor of the estate handles all financial and legal matters, according to the provisions of the will.

No. They all terminate on death. At death other instruments like wills take over, or sometimes trusts, etc.

No. It dies when the principal dies.

No. POA dies when the person dies. It is only over a LIVING person.
