Yes. Even Al-Qaida distanced themselves from ISIS years ago, because they were terrorizing other Muslims as much as they were terrorizing everyone else.

I think so. It seems to have wider support - Al Qaeda was largely a Saudi affair at first.

Yes. ISIS slaughters everyone who stands in their way and has destroyed temples from long ago, some were even Islam related.
