I did IMPS transaction from ICICI to Axis. I don t know where the amount went.?

I made an IMPS transaction from ICICI to Axis. Axis telling that transaction failed amount reversed to ICICI. ICICI telling that the transaction was successful ask axis. I don t know what to do? Shall I complaint to bank ombudsman?
