Apparently, the Russians are experts at cyberwarfare and election rigging. They don't bother to vote illegally. Do the Republicans actually believe that Putin is so beloved by his people that he honestly won 90% of the votes in Russia. The Russians poured billions of dollars into Trump's campaign funneled in through the NRA. The Red Square Republicans also got their share of Russian money.

For a Russian to vote in an American election, it would mean that they are at least bilingual and educated. That is not good for democrats. Illegal aliens are much more suited since they don't know English and are generally uneducated. That is the kind of voter that democrats want. Simply put: Russians will not vote democrat.
