I would say she isn't even the most powerful women in Washington DC. Ruth Bader GInsburg has has a better claim. Note: She IS NOT the majority leader. She is Speaker of the House. The majority leader actually reports to her.

what is it you think she can do that is doing something other then compiling compared to say Orpah and Mrs Milda Gates have done all around the world already and look that up and compare it and it is nothing compared to her and I know it and she is a shame to humans comparing Nancy because it shows how low and she can then make her self look lower by other woman being better then her and I am a man and had woman do care taking for me threw my life.
