According to the "Paris Accords" and the "Kyoto Treaty," no one has to do anything except the US. But, since 1970, the only country to reduce emmisions is...the US. So, now, the worst polluters on the planet are Russia and China, but no progress has been made, except in the US. Some believe that "global warming" and "climate change" are hoaxes since all the signers don't do anything except insist that the US act, and the researchers that present the "facts" on climate change have been caught lying 3 times.
