The report won't be done by then, in fact, Mueller isn't done with Manaford, he had a judge delay his sentence, again, today 1-28.. I just hope Trump's, "hand picked" AG, does the right thing, when it does come out.

That depends how quickly the dems react. There will have to be debate and discussion on whether to impeach or not. That process could take some time. Then they have to send their charges to the senate to see if the senate concurs with the findings of the house and decides to try potus. It won't all be happening before sotu address I think.
