If they run a criminal background check, even if the warrant isn't reported to Uber, the check WILL be reported to law enforcement along with the warrant. Law enforcement can then decide if you ar worth chasing.

It might but you can normally not be barred from employment for a pending court matter and even with an extensive criminal history, the crimes have to prevent you from doing your job properly. e.g. child abuser can not be a teacher thief can not be a cashier drunk driver can not be a liquor deliver person
