What is this sound?
constantly for hours on end I hear a sound that I can only describe as a bird/mouse hybrid.
It'll be outside if the window is open and it's quiet I'll hear a short chirp then two squeaks almost like a swing. What is this??

it could be a couple of branches rubbing together. It could be wires rubbing against something, it could be loose rain gutter rubbing against the house in a breeze. We have an odd sound in our neighborhood like that. its from 2 close growing trees across the street from our house..any day its kind of windy you can hear it quite well.
