My basement is getting spray insulated right now im upstairs on the second story with the doors closed to my staircase is this safe enough?
i also have my cat and dog up here with me. my buddy does sheetrock and says he walks passed people spray insulating and still works in houses while its being done. so im assuming nothing crazy will happen. this is happening right now so a quick answer would be great along with if you have experience in the field or not.

You will be fine. Otherwise they would not put it in houses. There is some smell from the chemicals, but it is a sticky foam that stays where it sprays.

As long as they are not spraying in your face, you should be fine.
