Is PVC FOAM BOARD PLASTIC SHEETS easy to dent and chip?
i have just foam board i got a a craft store and it is easy to chip and dent. i am thinking about getting some PVC FOAM BOARD PLASTIC SHEETS from ebay and cut that down.

It is used a lot in sign manufacture and if handled carefully is usually OK. It is better cut with a craft blade. Rather depends what you are planning to use the sheets for. They are very versatile when appropriately used. I have used them for mounting large format prints and they have been fine, rigid and lightweight. The plastic faces are a bit tougher than paper faced foam board, but don't get your hopes up.

they are very easy to chip ..if cutting use a fine toothed saw
