How could I be able to clean this mouse pad on my lap desk?
Recently it's gotten dirty from some dust piling up.

I just use the same cleaner that I use with my glasses and a soft rag and wipe it easily. Ron

If the mouse pad is porous, run a lint roller over it a few times, or use low-tack masking tape to pick up dust and debris. Nonporous pads can be cleaned with a cloth moistened (not dripping) with soapy water, then wiped with cloth moistened with tap water.
