One bedroom or two bedroom one bath?
I get 3200 every month, 1600 every two weeks doesn’t change unless I call in or work overtime which is $4000 whenever I want to work extra. There is no utilities included and I’ll be paying water, trash, and electricity. I was going to start at a bigger one bedroom at $900 or a two bed for $995 and progress to a two bed two bath if needed for $1095. Now the manger is willing to give me a two bed two bath for $995 for a year than it will go back up to 1095. But it’s just going to be me, and no I will not be living with a roommate. All I need and want is space. I was going to turn the second bedroom to a study/storage. But I don’t know yet. I don’t want to pay for a two bed and not use the second bedroom What do you think?

You are making good money. Save what ever you can for a down payment so you can BUY a house.

Do everything you can to save money. Put the $95/month away in savings; you will need it.

I think you have to make up your own mind about it. I have no idea how much you want or need the extra space.

2 bed, 2 bath for $1095/month?? Helluva good deal! However, there's a lot to be said for living simpler and with less stuff to accumulate (which is what will happen to that extra bedroom).
