How do.i remove bedbugs from my MNY coat?

The other day I sat over my neighbor's house on her couch I believe she might have a bed bug infestation because now all of a sudden I just so happened to look at my coat and I seen a bedbug and it's like it's infested in like the hood area you know in small areas of the coat my neighbor she never cleans up after herself or her children I even seen a bed bug on her son's bed one time so that's why I believe the infestation came from her how can I remove them from my coat, this coat is expensive and I don't want to ruin it I want to fix it before it's too late and then I have to throw the coat out and I don't want to do that cuz that would be a waste of money
