My nails are clubbing all of a sudden starting about a month ago. Any idea what might be causing it. I m male 32.?

If you mean they're growing downward, appearing more rounded and that also applies to your fingertips, go see a doctor. That can be a sign of pulmonary/heart disease.

I’m not sure what your question is, but if it hurts, is discolored, or detached from the nail bed for no apparent reason, then see a doctor. You’re age plays not much of a factor unless you have medical problems such as diabetes, etc.
