My anus feels like boiling acid coming out of it when I went earlier and still burns! What can I do to soothe it?

I don't know what boiling acid feels like. i'm just giving a scale of 1 to 10 of pain and being high up there! it feels like it burns a lot. I have to use cool water on the paper when I wipe to make it softer so it doesnt burn so much
