Do proton pump inhibitors cause hair loss? I was on lanzo for a month and noticed a lot of hair loss and thinning...?

I noticed my hair falling out cause I would see it on the floor and fall on my ear and It’s easier to see my scalp even when I try to cover it with hair. I’ve been off it for 2 weeks now. Someone please tells me it grows back, I’m only 23....
