People pretty regularly see better than 20/20. 20/20 vision means that you see at 20 feet what you are expected to see at 20 feet. Many people see 20/15 which means they see at 20 feet what they would be expected to see at 15 feet. A few people see 20/10. You mentioned that you wear glasses. 20/20 means you can see something that's clearly that's 20 feet away when you're actually 20 feet away from it. Better than 20/20 means you can see the same thing as someone who is 20 feet away from it, but you can still see it when you're further away from it.
