Is it normal to have a scar after cataract surgery?
in the eye theres this tiny reflection, im not sure if its the scar or what but anyone whos had cataract surgery could give their thouhts on it Its a tiny speck, a reflection, only appears on the eye with surgery,

I agree with David E. I believe you are only noticing the new lens that was put in your eye, especially if you only had the surgery in one eye and have the other eye with which to compare.

Are we talking about the way that when you look at your eye, there is a reflection that was not there before? If so, that is pretty normal. Your implant reflects light differently that the lens that you were born with does.
