How can I get my pupil to stay dilated?

Basically one of my pupils doesn’t dilate because it was damaged from an operation. So when it’s sunny or sometimes randomly one of my pupils goes really small and the other one stays big it’s really noticeable and people point it out, is there anything I can do to make one of my pupils stay dilated so they are equal?
