Blurry eye vision?

On Sundayday morning, just about a week ago, my vision got blurry out of the blue. It was so sudden. It’s only one eye too. My eyeball also hurts. I get headaches now and my chest tightens randomly. It feels much like an anxiety attack. I was wondering if this is anything I should be worried about or if it will pass? Thank you.
