Why do I smell a very rancid odor while on Keto? I bathe regularly but my hair, particularly smells awful, even a day after. Any advice?

Keto makes you smell bad. Going into ketosis changes your metabolism so much. Part of why I won’t bother with keto again, I do better on regular low sugar low good carb without doing the extreme of keto.
